Not what I ordered

Received tri-tipped steaks instead. Weight 3.75 lbs. I sent an email that order was not what we ordered and got no response. This is second time I ordered and was very satisfied the first time with items received. This time disappointed that I got wrong item and no response on email. I couldn’t call because I was overseas. Not sure I will order again for family.
