Awesome quality meat.

Ordered the beef package, have has several different cuts, and have been impressed with all of it. Great flavor, and very tender. The personal delivery by Gary is a nice touch... have ordered 3 more packages, and will continue to buy from Gourmet Gary's.

My first order. During the defrosting the seals break in the plastic causing leaks of the juices throughout both the refrigerator and in another instance in a cooler. Also happened to several I had given as gifts to others. Is that normal?If they’ve been in the fridge for several days with the seal broken are there issues?
I’m still awaiting the Salmon box promised as a promotion with the first order. The meat, otherwise, is fresh and delicious.
